How to Administer
Read the following information before taking or giving Sdamlo™

General Notices
For oral use only (take by mouth).
Sdamlo™ comes as a powder that you must mix with drinking water to make a liquid (solution) before taking or giving it.
The Sdamlo™ carton contains an aluminum pouch and a tray of 10 sealed bottles of single-dose Sdamlo™.
Do not open the pouch until you are ready to start taking or giving Sdamlo.
Do not use Sdamlo™ if the bottle seal is broken, damaged or missing.
Do not remove the bottle seal until you are ready to mix Sdamlo™.
After mixing with 15 ml drinking water, take or give mixed Sdamlo™ right away. Throw away Sdamlo™ if you do not take or give it within 60 minutes of mixing and get a new bottle.
Supplies needed to take or give Sdamlo™: (a) Clean, room temperature drinking water, (b) a measuring cup or measuring spoon capable of measuring 1 tbsp (15 ml).

Step 1
Wash and dry hands.
Remove aluminum pouch from carton, open pouch, and remove bottle from the tray.
Remove the child resistant cap from the bottle. DO NOT remove the cap until you are ready to mix Sdamlo™ and take or give a dose.
Remove the bottle seal by gently peeling it off.
After the seal is removed, you should mix Sdamlo™ and take or give a dose. Throw away if you do not mix within 60 minutes once the seal is removed. -
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon (15mL) of room temperature water into the bottle.
Wait 60 seconds to allow the powder to fully dissolve. You do not need to shake the bottle.
After 60 seconds has passed, take or give all the liquid mixture in the bottle.
To make sure that you give or take all the medicine, rinse the bottle with about the same amount of water 1 to 2 times to take or give all the liquid.
